Guilt Free Fruit Shake Recipe



Guilt-Free Fruit Shake


1 cup canned peaches

½ cup canned pineapple tidbits

1 cup ice cubes

2 cups plain frozen yogurt

1 Tbsp lemon juice


Place the peaches, pineapple, and ice cubes in a blender and mix until the fruit is finely puréed. Add the yogurt and lemon juice and blend until the yogurt is evenly mixed in. Enjoy!
